GRILLS, Linda Joyce – It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Linda at the Campbellford Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, December 22nd, 2020 at the age of 77. Daughter of the late Alex and Marjorie Nicholas. Beloved wife of Gerald Grills. Dear mother to Debbie Finnegan (Dan) and Darlene Dracup (Brian) all of Stirling. Survived by brother Gary Nicholas of British Columbia, sister Brenda Richards (Doug) of Stockdale and brother-in-law Jim McConnochie. Pre-deceased by sister Marilyn McConnochie. Linda will be missed by her grandchildren Jarrod, Nicholas, Justin and Desiree. She was a devoted RPN at Belleville General Hospital for 40 years and a dedicated member of the Orange Lodge. Friends are invited to attend a visitation at the Stirling Funeral Chapel, 87 James St., Stirling (613-395-2424) on Wednesday, December 23rd from 7-9 p.m. (Those who wish to attend MUST register. 20 Minute time slots available). Funeral Service will be held at St. Paul’s United Church (104 Church St., Stirling) on Thursday, December 24th, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. (MUST REGISTER TO ATTEND by calling the Funeral Home). Rev. Bruce Fraser officiating. Burial will be held in the spring at the Stirling Cemetery.
