Marilyn you may not remember meeting me and my husband in Brighton while visiting John and Lorraine Beaudoin. Dave came over on one of our visits to see us and "the boys" enjoyed a toast with the best scotch in John's collection. I have posted a photo in memories. Sadly my Jim passed away a year ago September. He and Dave worked together in Ottawa while Jim was at Solicitor General and had many good times reminiscing. My deepest condolences to you and your family, their support will help you through this most difficult time. God Bless you all.

Marilyn and family: So sorry for your loss. We were Dave Sr's neighbours at camp - One Island Lake - and my father was a sergeant on the Port Arthur force. Your David told me he talked to my dad about police matters occasionally. He would have been quite young then, as my dad passed away in 1971 (at 49). May the Lord bless you. I have thought of you folks many times while passing Brighton on my way to Toronto. We live in Ottawa.

We are very saddened to hear of the recent passing of Dave. He was such an upbeat man who loved everything about life.He gave us a little hint one summer's day on how to make our job a little easier.Little did he know it certainly did,and I will always be thankful for that piece of advice.Dave was so very well liked by all his neighbours.We always had our little chat with him before we started our work across the street,he will be missed so much each time we are there.May you find strength Marilyn from you family and friends to help you through this most difficult time.We send our sincere condolences to his family who he loved so much. To cousin Dave's whole family, we would like to express our condolences from the Barrie Bradfords. We offered the rosary last night on hearing the news.
